Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Please confirm your order is correct when our driver arrives. If you have any questions when placing an order don’t hesitate to reach out, one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff is happy to assist you one-on-one to ensure you find what you’re looking for
How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
Orders placed by 8PM can be scheduled for delivery as soon as the next business. We currently offer two delivery windows; 3PM-5PM and 5PM-7PM, and deliver Monday – Saturday. Once your order has been placed we’ll confirm your delivery and will notify you via text once your driver is en route as well as when they’re arriving. If for some reason there is a delay, we’ll be sure keep you updated with our estimated time of arrival.
How Will My Cannabis Be Delivered?
One of our friendly couriers will deliver your order discreetly to your home or office in a shopper bag. Once your order is confirmed we’ll text you once a driver is on their way and will notify you prior to delivery as a reminder.

How Do I Become A Member Of CANNVIS?
Joining our collective is super easy. All you need to do is sign our collective agreement and provide us with a valid copy of: California Doctor’s Recommendation (aka Cannabis Card) Valid Government Issued Photo ID Once our team has been able to get you verified we’ll shoot you a confirmation and you’ll be able to start placing orders.
